Orders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.

We can assist you with modifying the shipping address only BEFORE orders are packed from our warehouse.
Please contact us ASAP with your accurate order number and the shipping address you want to change to. Then, we will assist you at our earliest convenience by checking real-time order processing stages.

Unfortunately, we cannot edit your address once orders have been fulfilled.
Right after an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address you designated.
If you could not locate the email, please check your junk box just in case the corresponding email was automatically sorted as spam and delivered to the junk box.

The billing address cannot be modified whether orders are fulfilled or not.
Shipping & Returns
Orders are normally shipped out within 5 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.
Once it has been shipped out, you will be informed of a tracking number via email and you can check the ongoing delivery status.
If you cannot find a package marked as delivered, recheck your mailbox or parcel dropbox to see if the package is there.
If you still cannot find it out after doing so, we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the exact location of your parcel.
Occasionally, if there is no secure location to store the package, the package will be redirected to the local post office for pickup.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you still face difficulty locating your package after directly inquiring USPS to take action for the delivery issue.
The standard shipping fee within the United States is subject to a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders under $50. We offer free shipping over $50.
No. We do not ship to other countries outside of the united states for now. We hope for your understanding.
Payment
We cannot change the payment option that the system captures when placing orders. In this case, canceling the current order and reordering with a different payment method is recommended.
