Timeframe: You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return for eligible items.

Condition of the Product: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process: To start a return process, please email us. Please include your order details and the reason for the return so we can assist you quickly.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds: After we receive and verify the returned item’s eligibility, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days back to your original payment method.
